I used Gizmo for a while. I really did *not* like how you had to give their bot your passwords if you wanted to integrate with other IM clients. By claiming that competition exists in markets where, due not least to Microsoft's monopolistic practices, there is none, the company is probably trying to shield itself from investigation of these practices, a possibility which seems to be creeping closer. Let us hope that the strategem is not allowed...
