AT&T is about to offer its first Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Samsung. Starting November 8, 2013, you'll be able to snag a Samsung ATIV S Neo from AT&T for $21 per month with an AT&T Next plan, or $100 with a two-year service agreement. AT&T Next, if you're not familiar, allows you to break up the full retail cost of the device over 20 monthly payments with no down payment or activation fee. After 12 payments, you'll eligible to upgrade to a new handset and the process starts anew.

"We are excited to add the Samsung ATIV S Neo with its large, sharp 4.77-inch HD display and expandable microSD memory to our best-in-class Windows Phone portfolio," said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president- Devices, AT&T. "The ATIV S Neo brings together Samsung’s sleek design, AT&T’s blazing fast 4G LTE network and the award-winning Windows Phone 8 operating system. Now, customers can get their favorite features all in a single package."
