just like people of therse times to complain that something free is not good enough.
If google told the library and other important places that they will provide internet then those places will come to rely on it.
If its broken then the obvious thing is to talk to google or make alternative arrangements. Put your "money where your mouth is" applies here.

Google wifi is a joke, imagine a free samples counter at a grocery store designed to make sure no one ever wants to buy your product.
If you don't have a mobile hot spot there is always starbucks, I guess, but google wifi is worse than useless.
Resin, I'm curious for your perspective as a resident. What's it been like? Is this something everyone is grumbling about, or is it just "one of those things"? And how early did you start noticing a problem?
