I have a Vostro 200 from Dell with very basic video on board, no games :(. I have a 400 watt power supply I ran the math and checked the Dell site and a Zotac Geforce GT 430 should work with the system. The problem is when I install the card the computer failed to start. I should say it started a then stopped. I turned off the on board graphics before install and download the latest drivers. No go. Can some one tell me what possible be wrong. Oh and I notice my BIOS has video memory of 16mb and the card has 1 GB (?) DDR 3. (http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/servicetag/27GZVD1?s=BSD)

It sounds like the PSU is clutching out because it might be shorted somewhere.  Did you push that card down into the slot firmly enough?
