Nokia went all-in with Microsoft's Windows Phone platform, and lest anyone think the Finnish phone maker was going to give it a halfhearted effort, the handset maker added yet another Lumia device to its growing Windows Phone 8 lineup. It's the Lumia 625, an "accessibly priced" 4G handset with a spacious 4.7-inch super-sensitive IPS LCD screen and 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.

It also has 512MB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage (supports up to 64GB via SD card), 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and LED flash, VGA front-facing camera, 2000 mAh battery, and of course the latest version of Windows Phone 8.

"With our largest smartphone screen to date, the Nokia Lumia 625 is a perfect example of how Nokia is delivering leading smartphone innovation and experiences at every price point," said Jo Harlow, executive vice president, Nokia Smart Devices.

Nokia's Lumia 625 will be offered in orange, yellow, bright green, white, and black with a bunch of changeable shells. It has a retail price of 220 Euros (around $290) and will be available in China, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America in the third quarter.

i would think they would have made they largest phone to date more of a flagship phone but oh well they do how they wanna do. I mean if its one thing i can give to windows is that their phones are pretty darn smooth even on the low budget phones.
