seriously think they NEED to completely change their business model into a venue that hosts convention-like events, and instead of having "sales people" have specifically trained reps showing off how to use the gadgets and things people want to use or need. Treat it like a place for people to come learn about technology and let the sales drive themselves; I for one wouldn't mind ordering from a rep and having it delivered or pick up in store as an option (ie: not regularly stocked) for big ticket items, but lets face it retail as a way of business is over. People go into stores to get answers to questions, then they go home and buy it online for the cheapest possible dollar they can. why not eliminate that process altogether, and train the brick and mortar store as an info-center with the option to buy for the cheapest price and just have it delivered.
What's Best Buy? Never shopped there before....
