Can't wait for all those ultrabook users with completely failed hard drives that never got told its a mechanical moving part, when you mountain bike with it while its on, its going to break.
No more spinners for me especially if it's 5400 rpm.
The SATA III 6GB/s designation will do little to help this drive perform anywhere even close to a SATA II SSD no less SATA III.
How long do they warranty this drive?
I'd like to see an Anvil Storage Utilities benchmark of this drive while it's in use as the primary boot drive(C:).
With the low prices seen these days it's all SSDs for me.
How many people actually know what hardware is in the laptop they're about to purchase besides maybe the CPU and possibly the graphics card?
Put something on the shelves cheap enough and people will buy it.
