Well that tablet would defiantly be interesting. Never thought about or heard just having two quads and have one for power and one for low power. Interesting stuff if Google gives it the greenlight.

well the galaxy s4 international version has it already so it will be interesting to what the reviews on that one are like.
Eight cores seems like a mighty powerful tablet. Although I would think that would be a bit battery hungry. I do like that it would theoretically drop down to fewer cores being used to save on battery life on less intensive tasks.
Dude, you do not use all eight cores, you switch between two different quads. Its in the article
