The only thing Windows RT has going for it is that the name might trick people into thinking it will run their current Windows apps (and boy, is that going to leave a bad taste in their mouth).
They should concentrate their focus towards business customers. The only way they're going to get sales is if someone has to buy it to run MS Office. Otherwise, an Android device makes more sense.
