ARM has never built (or sold) anything. They only do design and licensing.

Changed, because you're technically correct. I must note, however, that "built" is often used to refer to microarchitectures. ie -- Nvidia built Kepler; TSMC 'builds' the GTX 680. However this is a bit of a semantic gray area, so I've changed 'built' to designed.
I'll let you slide on that. I just like giving you a hard time. :) Keep up the great articles.
