Upgrade options abound, and you can also downgrade certain areas to lower the starting price. For example, dropping down to a quad-core FX-4100 chip shaves $60 off the cost of the system.
There are two other starting configurations to choose from, the Zeus Storm 2000 starting at $1,685 (same as the above but with an Intel Core i7 3770K processor, Asus Z77 motherboard, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti graphics card) and the Zeus Storm 3000 starting at $1,945 (same as the 2000 but with a Core i7 3820 processor, Asus X79 motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 graphics card, and Corsair 240GB SSD).
All three systems are available to configure and purchase now and will ship when Windows 8 launches on October 26, 2012.
