This is an interesting concept. Is it enough for the USP to turn things around?
Heck, if the package is in the "metropolitan area" why can't folks just go pick it up themselves...lazy bastards.
On another related note, how many of you have noticed that small packages usually delivered directly by UPS (and occasionally FedEx) are now being transferred to the local USPS for final delivery? I have tracked many packages I've recieved lately and most follow that routine. Are UPS and FedEx throwing the USPS a bone or what?
