I have a corsair tx650 and I wanted to know if it should put out a solid 12volts or does it vary some like 11.97 volts and for the 5 volts it shows 4.98 volts is this normal?
thanks in advance
Little fluctuations are normal. (what you're describing)
Large drops in voltage are not.
If this is something that only just began to happen, then I would consider getting it replaced under warranty, or buying a Seasonic to replace it.
Dogs are great judges of character, and if your dog doesn't like somebody being around, you shouldn't trust them.
thanks for the reply, no I have had it over a year or so and it's always been like this. I was just wondering about it.
Corsair makes good PSUs usually.
Maybe fluctuations are due to the house's power?
I had that problem in my mountain home in California for years. Turned out to be a crappy ground at the pole. Once they fixed that, it stopped.
Thanks guys for the replys
