I realize it's not a top-of-the-line model, but my Motorola Bravo goes for at least a day and a half, and sometimes 2 days, on one charge. Turning off Bluetooth when it isn't needed helps, of course.
Turning off any radio, especially BT and WiFi helps tremendously. I never leave mine on, unless I'm using it. It's a simple menu button away from exponentially longer batt life.

My Blackberry lasts for several days, even with BT and wifi enabled.
The only problems are the OS, apps, and call quality.
