NZXT announced the Cryo E40 notebook cooler for laptops up to 15 inches. Unlike other notebook coolers, the Cryo E40 features two 80mm moveable fans that let you target your notebook's hot spots. The fans use low-powered magnetic clasps to give you flexibility in positioning them exactly where you want them for maximum cooling effectiveness. The Cryo 40 also has a removable mesh cover for quick access to the fans. You can route the USB cable on either side of the cooler for added flexibility. The Cryo E40 will be available for $27.99 in May.

I own there (NZXT) last generation performance (Cryo) laptop cooler with dual 120mm fans which of course still works for now. Either way it is one of the best laptop coolers I have seen period.
