So, compared to a 550 Ti, it's got reduced shader and memory clocks, but a significant amount more stream processors and a higher core clock. I guess that makes them mostly comparable.
I'm assuming that somewhat reduced memory clocks won't make too large of a difference in today's GPU's, so if this hits the market at $150, would anyone recommend this as the go-to budget option?
Nothing is recommended until the next NVIDIA release in 20 or so days.
Then we see the whole market shaken, but not stirred.
Prices will adjust accordingly for both NVIDIA ~and~ AMD cards afterwards.
That's the time to analyze the video card market.
I'm not saying that there will be major changes in the market, but there is a chance that it will happen that way.
Dogs are great judges of character, and if your dog doesn't like somebody being around, you shouldn't trust them.
