Well, smartphones have came a long way. Won't be long till we get the real desktop performance in it. As it currently stands, this is one mighty neat thing :). So can you use it without docking?
Imagine when the quad-core processors start appearing in mobile devices which can't be too far off when you consider their implementation into the PS Vita.
The $99-$200 average asking price for a smart phone with a new contract seems optimal for widespread access to computers in terms of price for power.
Imagine public docking stations in schools, classrooms and cities open to public use, the ease of access to computers opens up a lot of potential for a variety of things...
Of course we still need to wait and see how functional this is and its bound to require some tweaking before its realistic to think of this as available and appealing to the masses and institutions
