There appears to have been a dicussion going on about whether or not to include information but from what I could gather; it seems to be inconclusive, I don't know. I do expect them to at least include some information on SOPA during the blackout so the public learns what it is and how to stop it.
"The future starts with you; now start posting more!"
YAY, I'm in the protest thumbs up,Let's see how far they want this to go. can you imagine us without youtube, google, amazon ,wikipedia O_O death minds lol
It's nice that they're in support of this protest, but I don't know about Reddit. Isn't that just preaching to the choir? I mean, I don't see any of those old geezers in Washington going "Oh dammit not my Reddit! Now I understand how bad this bill that lobbyists are sending me on a free trip to Hawaii for is".
I sure hope they post something about SOPA during the downtime, as it would probably lead to a fair bit of confusion otherwise.
Well I guess we just can't stage an "Occupy Internet" protest because we are already here. It looks like somebody is just gonna have to crack open a dusty ole dictionary or encyclopedia for info for (gasp) A DAY. If you need help turning the pages, just ask a person over the age of 40.
In any case, I don't think "the series of tubes" is in any real danger of collapsing under it's own weight. It can adapt, evolve and adjust no matter what regulations are in place. Cut off a finger and another one grows back, giving you "the finger".
