It's technically impossible to make a product and be 100% certain that there is no patent violation, It's an undecidable problem. And in the world of IT, it's safe to say that it's also impossible to make any product without violation of some patents.
The idea that you can have ideas as intellectual property and prevent others from using it is ludicrous! An idea is yours to keep as long as you keep inside your head and tell no one about it once you let it out people are free to think about it too and use it. The implications of intellectual property is enough to put humanity in a suspended animation and the only thing that's keeping us moving is that we put arbitrary(pseudo) barriers on what's an IP and what's not.
Well... Here's to hopping Samsung doesn't get hit up by an Apple lawsuit. I have to wonder what Samsung did differently or even added to make it Apple-proof, can there even be some things that even Apple hasn't discovered?
Anyways, go Samsung!
"The future starts with you; now start posting more!"
Samsung has the new 7 Series 11.6" Slate also.that may get an Apple suit?
This Amazon listing sounds just like the Windows 8 tablet Microsoft distributed the Developer Preview on to those attending the Build conference.
This Slate has Windows 7 HP or Pro and a choice of a 64GB or 128GB SSD.

Well I hope it will happen this time that they're safe from Apples accusations, but for some reason I do not think so. Since Apple is trying to increase their market share, I think that is a good enough excuse to take samsung and others to court over anything that they can.
