I think I have to agree. I mean the only Yahoo "service" I use is Flickr, and I barely go to Yahoo's homepage for anything really.
I think shopping itself around is a good idea seeing as how if Yahoo! had a great deal on it's hands with the whole Microsoft thing. In my opinion, they should of taken that deal, poor Yahoo really needed it badly.

i would hope at that level of a profession- they'd have the decency to say it to her face. I agree that yahoo isnt/most-likely can't get back on top, but there is a reason why they called it the "dot com bubble."

Wow what a way to lose your job. Lets hope the successor can come up with some way to bring this giant web portal back with some creative products. I hate to say it but Google killed Yahoo! for me.
The oldest e-mail address I have is a Yahoo account. I have fond teenage memories of the early days of Yahoo chat, but it's easy to see that the once proud giant is fading away.
