Well idk if they are trying that kid007, they have released iphones like this in the past so i don't see why they would have that idea.
Apple doesn't really need the the I5, they are doing great with the i4, but I like to add that people are going crazy buying Black Berrys and getting their BB pins. Every one I know has at least two phones and one of them a RIM.

Between the recent release of the white iPhone4 and the fact that it hasn't been all that long since the iPhone came to Verizon, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Apple decided to hold off for a bit on a new version of the phone. After all, Apple will want to milk the current offerings for a little while before it attempts to convince you that your (nearly new) phone isn't good enough any more.
