"first in the industry to play back live TV as well" -Well it is interesting that Time Warner Cable says that they were the first in the industry to stream live TV to their iPad, because while TWC was coming up with the idea of streaming events to an iPad, DISH Network was already streaming live TV and DVR recordings to iPads. Not to mention that DISH Network also has the iPhone app that lets you stream as well. My point being, is as a customer and employee of DISH Network, I have had lots of time to play with the DISH Remote Access app, and this was long before Time Warner Cable was even thinking of TV Everywhere. Well, with TWC, its not really TV Everywhere, because you must be on your home wifi network in order to watch all 32 channels you're available to. With DISH, as long as I have a 3G connection or wifi, I can stream WHEN and WHERE I want.
