Ah... interesting... I hadnt heard of olive at all... then as i continued reading, it made sense, its in India.
The indian cellular service market is HUGE. Talk about competition, there are like 40 different cell phone companies. In fact, it is cheaper to own a cell phone there than it is to get a landline... No lies, all fact.
Most services have plans that are like 1 rupee/ minute, and if you get a call from someone using the same provider as you, they give you back a little bit of money.... that happening overhere in north america? never!
1rupee per minute is about 2 cents Cad/US / minute.
Oh, and 20,000 rupees is about $450 Cad/US... which i think is a fair price for a device of that calibre, though i cant say if it'll be reliable yet.
