I would rather have that camera in the back then the front... how many times will i be using the face time feature? the ipod nano is a ipod shuffle with a touch screen... :)
Have to say I am a bit disappointed after seeing the new iPod Touch. I was really hoping it would look like the new iPhone. It does, however, have all the features I was hoping for. Also, @ Inspector, although it doesn't say it in the above article, apparently the new iPod Touch has two cameras, one on the front and one on the back, like the new iPhone.

Too bad that the NANO is so friggin' pricey. It would have been another good present for my wife. The "Apple-Tax" is getting steeper all of the time.
Dogs are great judges of character, and if your dog doesn't like somebody being around, you shouldn't trust them.
It's not really so much an Apple Tax (there is some of that though) as it is the usual Early Adopting Idiot Tax. Remember the uproar when Apple dropped the price of the iPhone by something like a hundred dollars just a little while after it was released?
Ajay, I agree with you: having it look like the iPhone would have been awesome. Makes you wonder why they stuck with the older design: maybe the Antennagate complaints got to them? But that makes no sense, because with only one antenna (WiFi) there wouldn't be a problem with bridging any gaps. Oh well, at any rate I'm glad it has the same features. Through some cosmic rays radiated by Steve Jobs, my slow, grudging acceptance of how cool Apple products are just shifted a few bars. I'm still a PC guy though, and to loosely quote Yahtzee on this subject: "**** no, it's just cosmic rays, not the infinite power of Christ!" :P
