SuperRob sent me an Ebay link to a very interesting PC build, and I thought you guys might like to check it out! The seller claims it is the fastest desktop ever built. What do you think? Take a look HERE.

Will it play Crysis on high settings?

I have to wonder what anyone here at HotHardware would use this rig for. It has 24 cores, but they run at a relatively low clock speed of 2.1Ghz, and I don't know if the CPU's are locked or not. Does this motherboard even offer any overclock options? What applications would utilize 64 GIGS of RAM and 24 cores? I don't see this thing being useful to myself, except for bragging rights!

I'd use it as a beginning stage for my home studio. When you are making films and trying to dab in some special effects it's always good to be able to do it yourself instead of going through a professional medium that will charge outrageously.

Host any game server I can think of. My clan may have paid for one of these by now. We pay $250 a month for a Quad core with 4GBs of ram. We get charged more a month for more ram than it costs to buy the sticks of ram.
