>> Goodrich has a concealed carry permit, but he is required by laws to tell them about the gun, which deputies say he did not do.
Playing devil's advocate:
The deputies sound like they were just trying to find some charge to stick on him. They were called because he had a gun, therefore they already knew he had it before they even saw him. He knew when he saw them why they were there: because he had already disclosed that he had the gun to the employee. Maybe "I've got a gun" isn't the first thing he said to the officers (which only proves that he was not a complete idiot), but I'm sure it was the topic of their conversation.
Sure, the guys not very bright for showing that he really did have a concealed weapon (probably because he seriously was not kidding about wanting to shoot the phone), but he had the proper permit and it's not like he pointed a gun at anyone or denied he had it.
What part of "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" don't you understand?

"Goodrich is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and aggravated menacing"
The aggravated menace was to the iphone, I would love to see that in the news I-Phone died after owner shot at it, the reason as unknown but the evidence point out to be the network. Police are investigating this tragedy stay tunned! (LOL)

That what happen when you introduce technology to real people! :) ((keep it to the geeks)

He should film the destruction of the iPhone with the Nine Millimeter and post it on You Tube for all to see. What good "PR' for Apple!
Maybe someone could compose a song commemorating the event.
He could sell tickets for 20 bucks each for a month and have a drawing to determine who gets to shoot the iPhone.
He could invite the National Media to attend. Fox would be there with bells on exploring the 'feelings' of the phone, but would finally prod the owner to 'name' it after some real famous guy that they hate and shoot it repeatedly.
Sprint could buy commercial time for the event and try to tell everyone that $100.00 a month is a fair price for unlimited services. (Yeah Right!)
Points could be given for the most original way to 'Off The iPhone',......................
I can't wait.
Dogs are great judges of character, and if your dog doesn't like somebody being around, you shouldn't trust them.
No doubt he was disgruntled because people kept mistaking him for Goodyear.
