GoogleSync has enabled many users to synchronize their Gmail Contacts and GoogleCalendar with their iPhone, Windows Mobile, and S60 devices. Although manypeople are pleased with Google Sync, there's one thing that has been missinguntil now: support for Gmail.

Today, Google added Gmail support to Google Sync.As a result of this new feature, iPhone, iPod Touch, and Windows Mobiledevice users will now be able to enjoy push email. With an over-the-air,always-on connection, you'll know your inbox is up to date, no matter where youare or what you're doing. Because Sync works with your phone's native emailapplication, you won't need any additional software.

For users who prefer the ultimate control, or who simplydon't want to synchronize all three components, Google Sync lets you sync justyour Contacts, Calendar, or Gmail, or any combination of the three.

To test drive Google Sync for yourself, visit from your computer. If you'realready a Google Sync user, Google provides instructions on how to enable Gmailsync here.

I don't have reliable data service in my area. As such, I don't use data telephony services and don't use Google Sync. But I had to write something here or else it would appear that I don't really want to win that really bitchin' PC that you guys are giving away soon.

So I posted.

Forgive me,..........
