i have palit 9600GT 1GB SONIC and i overclock it to core - 780mhz memory - 1000mhz shader - 1950mhz
the original was core 700mhz memory - 1000mhz shared -1750mhz
i use Vtune(Palit tools) because every time i use RivaTunner i can't overclock it (Don't know why)
when i run the benchmark i use 3d mark 2006, startales, resident evil 5
the same frames and score as if i did not overclock it and the temperature is also still the same
it was stable clock
please tell me if i have done wrong
You sure it saved the overclock? Also, you may need to ensure that it boots with the overclock. Not sure of your options in that program. Maybe a screen shot of it?
here is the screen shot that i overclocked it
sorry for double posting
here is the screen shot

Since it is nvidia based cards i would suggest downloading evga precission and use it to overclock...it works no matter the brand of card these days. What version of drivers are you currently running? Never mind i see in gpu-z you are using 190's so my suggestion is this go into nvidias control panel look under global settings and find power management mode and set it to maximum performance, then give it a go on the benchmarks and see if it doesn't help...and by the way welcome to hothardware
