It's sad, because I love my xm subscription, and XM wanted nothing to do with the takeover. It wasn't a merger it was a takeover, as evidenced by the fact that there are no XM stations left, they are all Sirius now except the Virus XM 202 and a very select few others. Hugh Panero and all the other execs Like Eric Logan are all gone also, it is and was a takeover that failed and will likely result in bankruptcy.
