I was watching the funny Rodney Reynolds talk about the different rails in a PSU and how the 3.3/5v rails power the Mobo and CPU, but I'm confused when I read a CPU review and see that CPUs are using up to 200 + watts when overclocked. I read the sides of the Power Supplies and see that the 3.3/5v rails and amperage add up to 180w MAX. I have never seen anything have more tha 180w on its 3.3/5v rails. So, I want to get an i7 920 and overclock it to 3.00-4.00 GHz...how much power do I need and how do I calculate power in general...
