Bopaboo claims to pay for each mp3 you upload to them when the songs are sold. Now I'm not 100% sure of the legality but they claim that a persson can only sell a song 1 time, no matter if you try to resend the same song at different bitrates. They give you 80% of whatever price the song sells at and the money get deposited into an account on their server which you can in turn use to buy music from them.
Just though it was interesting, i have not tried it nor do I endorse it.
Yeah, I do agree on you on the legal portion of yoru argument. It's quite iffy to know if it is really legal or not. To me it would sould like not, unless you upload your own music for money not someone else's.
I woul'nt think it's legal either, prob software piracy fed trying to locate more prey to make example's of - I do agree you should purchase your music and support the artist though....
I would'nt endorse that sight ether, I meant purchase thru known programs such as itune's, rhapsody, or MSF Media Player....
