I dont know how authentic this is but I would think it would be more than 30yrs ago!

 I had seen some archives on some 1st forms of memory and seen a picture of one that rotated and look like and old submarine.It was bout as long as a cadillac and probably heavy as one! Try having that on your desktop!

Holy crap, I don't know what the giant, ancient device is, but I want it.  That's so badass.  You could really flaunt the power of 1GB with that sucker.
