I did a quick search for Kamrooz through the yahoo search engine and found him on a forum and he is very active there. Posts every day, so I guess he just left us here. :( Kind of sad. Take the system and leave. :(

Yep, it is very sad. Once when I won long time ago about a year and a half ago on a site a 7900GT I was so happy, and I stayed there till today. I am still active at that site and it's just great. Great community.

this honestly sucks... seems like so many new people join and then win a prize and bam leave forever... not even a drop in... not even check in on their old threads.... seems like this community is really small especailly compared to others but i guess its not quantity but quality that matters here.

Yep, that is the forum. This is what sucks a lot on many websites. It is as if they did not care about anything just what they get for free.

Yeah, that's him alright.  He definately types that way.  The guy did win the system after about 1 week of activity so we didn't really know if he was committed or not, but I hoped he'd stick around and post at least somewhat regularily.  But it's good that both new (Kamrooz Ajay) and old (ice) have won contests.  HH will not descriminate.  If you post well, you post well.

I guess there's not much we can do except hope the new guys stick around.  Though hey, I have taken really long breaks of absenses from here.  I completely was out of the loop with computer hardware a few years back and thus didn't frequent any tech forums.  But I always liked it too much to stay away for good.  So maybe Kamrooz will be back, in time.  It is a jerk move though since he is active somewhere else proving he still has interest in hardware.  And I miss Ajay's over-exaggerated English Major way of typing posts, hehe.

I think Ajay will probably be posting here any day now assuring us he's still active.  He apparently last visited yesterday, even if he hasn't posted for a week.  He's still kicking.

Yeah I hope this isn't a trend starting. #1 it isn't helping the HH community grow and #2 if everyone who wins stops posting they may decide to stop the giveaways all together we don't want either thing to happen so someone go get Ajay and Kamrooz and drag their rears back in here. Ajay is still in there! Although he last posted on 5-7, he was last active on 5-13. You can check a member's activity status on our forum by clicking on FORUMS>View all users (under Shortcuts) then just type the member's name in the box and click SEARCH. Kamrooz last posted on 3-30 and was last active on 4-7. Sure do miss the guy!

I checked through the website and it does not seem to run a contest at all. It does not even have a thread for a contest. hmm. Don't know, but it is sad! 

Yeah, it stinks, but to me its no big deal. I'm a little dissapointed of course, but what can you do?  If he wasn't diggin' on things here, it would be tough to stick around, especially if he felt that he was leaving friends behind on the other site.

Thats sad you would thought he would be more gratefull.What an awesome prize to just walk away.
