IMO, I love OCZ. I'll share a little story with you guys which will hopefully comfort you guys in the future for buying ram from OCZ.

This rig I'm on had 4x 512 sticks I bought around 3-4 years ago of the fastest top grade 3-2-2-8 ddr2-533 modules of their platinum enhanced bandwidth modules. Two sets cost me around 900 at the time...Yes..I know, expensive (Of course I was oc'ing ^_^). Down the road, 2 of the sticks ended up going bad, which was around a year ago or so. I called them up to RMA the sticks. Unfortunately they didn't have the modules anymore, so I was bummed, but instead of giving me lower performance ddr2-533 modules with higher timings, they offer me 4x1 gb ddr2-667 modules clocked at 4-4-4-12 gold modules. Obviously not platinum, but still more memory...I asked them if they thought I could lower the timings considering my mobo only supports ddr2-533. They gave a go head for it stated I could probably get really close to my current timings.

Now, we all know how annoying it is not to have a rig while you wait for replacement parts. They offered me a fantastic deal...They said just ship out your modules with a tracking based shipping provider, call us and give us the tracking number and we'll ship out your replacements before we even get them. I was surely surprised. I ended up turning off my pc, took out the modules, shipped them via USPS. Came home, called them, gave them the tracking, and they guaranteed I'd have the modules next day. Went out to see a movie with friends, came back late at night and went to sleep. Woke up the next day around 1-2 pm...The ram was sitting right outside my door.

 Talk about service! Wink
