Ok, just wanted your guys' thoughts here but since I got my quad-core, I am looking for a bit of a RAM upgrade. Initially I wanted to get 2x2GB (my mobo isn't a fan of 4x1GB) of CAS 4, at least PC2-6400, and semi-overclockable.
However, I found a killer deal on some PC 8000 sticks...CAS 5 isn't too bad if I am hitting those speeds IMO.
HERE is the deal that I am talking about -- I always like to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion in a lot of cases before grabbing myself new HW. I just enjoy hearing from ma' boys here ;) (and girls in some cases)
EDIT: This thread was started based on the previous thread I started
Nice im running some G.Skill in mine its a CAS 6 and is its not as fast but its nice, i haven't had a problem with it yet. They make nice 2 gig kits.
