Sapphire Radeon x1900gt

Ok, first off i don't know if this is where this post would go but im just throwing this out there. My video card is running at 48 c according to riva tuner, not under stress or anything and with fan at 100% but yet when i touch it it feel maybe a bit warm 80s maybe but nothing even close to hot and it under clocked quite a bit memory is under clock like 600 mhz idk why idk whats going on!

 I have a sapphire x1900gt(rev2) factory cooling on it is darn loud and not really good enough, mine would climb into the 90's under load on occasion, replaced with a Zalman VF-900 the problem is easily fixed, highest I have ever seen it after cooler replacement was mid/high 40's.  Further if your case has a window the Zalman is very attractive even in profile(installed) view
