I also recommend leaving PC based speakers behind. Buy a decent stereo receiver and get some good bookshelves, with a little research I am sure you could not go wrong.

Examples being;

Receivers>Denon, Cambridge Soundworks, Older Technics, Pioneer, Onkyo, Bel Canto

Speakers>Polk, Older Advent, Bowers and Wilkens, Paradigm or Boston Acoustics.

Re: Are Those Speakers Worth to Buy?

Not sure if you already bought speakers or still waiting, but I found this on bargain site that might interest you.

I have a Megaworks 550, paid about half a grand in euros when I was 15/16. While I believe it was worth the money, I feel today I would go for a really good 2.1. 5.1 seems to have gone out of fashion people now see it as clumsy.

Ya, I guess they can be considered pretty clumsy. But I already got a full tower. 3 more little speakers to move around isn't a big deal for me.

Though I would love to build a mini pc (micro-ATX LAN box) someday so it is easier to move around. I'll just use headphones for that pc when I move it around.

You get way better results with good headphones. A really decent 2.1 set up is just fine imo. Matter of fact I would trade my 5.1 setup for the 2.1 setup I bought my parents anyday. As for Bose, you pay for the name. you can get much better quality for your money elsewhere.
