Seems like netbooks are popping up everywhere and it looks like AMD is losing out on alot of potential CPU sales.

IDK if AMD is losing to much. I would not have got a full size laptop. I use my netbook for lounging on the couch and playing a casual game or browsing. Something not worth $800 to me.

Re: MSI Wind U100 Netbook - Tested and Burned In

Seems like netbooks are popping up everywhere and it looks like AMD is losing out on alot of potential CPU sales.

Re: MSI Wind U100 Netbook - Tested and Burned In

Nice review. From owning the Aspire One I will say the best features here are 2.0Ghz atom, 6 cell battery, and best of all full size backspace key.

MSI Wind U100 Netbook - Tested and Burned In
MSI has released a cheaper 8.9" version of the Wind, the U90, which is currently available in parts of Europe, Australia and Canada. However, at least for the time being, the original MSI Wind, now dubbed the Wind U100, is still the only MSI netbook officially sold in the US.

Today we're going to pit it head-to-head with a couple of its younger competitors to see if can keep up with the mass of new competition.
