Their prices are great, and their customer service is even better. I am lucky to live just a few miles from their western warehouse here in beautiful sunny California (the land of fruits and nuts), so you can bet I get my items shipped promptly! Those of you who live outside the United States might want to consider starting an e-mail campaign...deluge NewEgg with e-mails requesting that they ship outside the US!

Re: Newegg.com...AMAZING!

I'll be sure to check them out, just pricing out my computer now, glad I saw this!

Re: Newegg.com...AMAZING!

Hey Freeman, I'm a fan of NCIX as well, being a Canadian with no Newegg access. However, have you checked out Direct Canada? It's owned by the same people as NCIX. It is basically NCIX Lite, in both service and price. That isn't to say their service is bad, it's just that they don't harbor a community with moderators/admins, message boards and 24/7 support. However, Direct Canada has the same stock as NCIX (same company remember) but all of their items are cheaper than regular NCIX prices. As far as problem resolution goes, Direct Canada is about on par with NCIX, just don't expect NCIX's amazing pre-sale support.

Re: Newegg.com...AMAZING!

They've always struck me as a class act, not surprised to hear it. Glad to hear you got reimbursed enter, and I am eagerly awaiting the day when they ship to Canada. Until then I'll just use NCIX.

Newegg.com...AMAZING!

Hello all. I just have to express my joy for newegg.com. I received my tracking numbers for the items I purchased the other day. I noticed that my Zalman CPU cooler wasn't on any of the shipping lists. I verified that I ordered it and then contacted Newegg. The agent looked into it for me and confirmed that I did order it and it just didn't get shipped. He appologized and said that he would send a memo to the warehouse and it would be shipped tonight. He set it up with overnight shipping so that it would arrive with the rest of the parts i ordered. He also then told me to contact them after my next purchase and they would give me a $20 credit on my next order. That is just great service IMHO.

Guys, if you can, order everything from Newegg.com. They are worth it.
