According to versus software, Cupid HWmonitor, Speccy, my system (motherboard in Speccy) is at 84 degrees Celsius. Is this possible? My computer, now, is a old Dell Vostro 200. I changed the CPU from a Celeron to a Core2 Duo. Could this be the problem? Could the computer be design this way? What would I have to do to lower the temperate, do I have to do anything since it has been running like this for 6 months?

Run the OPN numbers of the Celeron and the Core2 Duo and see what the wattage rating for the two CPU's is. If the Core2 Duo is running at a higher wattage and your motherboard isn't designed for that current load it could definitely create some problems.
