So, if this is the case, why are people getting crazy *** clocks with it? I think they probably pulled an intel and worked their way around the cons of putting it on the chip, to make sure they have it the way people want.
If the overclocking is rumored to be so amazing, I don't think that this could affect it too much to worry about. Maybe for pros that are clocking super high to break records, but not to the average OC'er
So does this mean no more overvolting in order to overclock or undervolt for power savings?
Clever way for INTEL to stop people from overclocking their chips. Need higher clocks, BUY higher clocked chips!
