Excel: Only one change - To prevent you from accidentally turning off animations. Because, they know how much we love our animated spreadsheets. Also, I just now learned you can have animations in spreadsheets.
Powerpoint: Only one change - Removed the ability to save presentations as HTML. I guess because, HTML is a standard.
Word: Removed seven features, and hid some of the existing features by moving them around. Because the ribbon was perfect.

Hmm $100/yr = $8.33/mo for Microsoft Office subscription. If Hosted Exchange and Skype VOIP service were included in that it could be interesting for small business and would be priced similarly to Google's App Engine.
