Hahaha, this has got to be one of the better videos i've watched in a long time.  Even better, is I currently have two motherboards, two cpus, and two heat sinks sitting on my desk that I need to assemble and toss in our dell workstations.  Do I have any ESD gear?  No.

Here's to hoping I don't piss away company money!

use the poor mans guide to ESD touch the power supply or metal on the case often to release any static electricity. as long as the case is touching the ground it usually works.
