Hmm that's interesting, I would've figured Apple had already hit the #1 spot but considering Samsung has been in the game longer and has cell phones that aren't smart phones and catered towards other kinds of users I guess that makes sense.
I didn't know LG would be so high on the list either, is that because they make a lot of the panels used in smartphones?
I just don't see Apple lasting up there at the top much longer, unless they start innovating and stop polishing products. It's nice to have a device knowning that in a year a better version will be out, it keeps it interesting, but we've gone through 4 iphones and the really significant changes were processors speeds, and LTE services. Otherwise everything else just seems like a minor improvement, that every phone, including the cheap ones, is doing. Sure they'll probably continue to have a loyal fan base, but nearly everyone I know has dropped their iphones for Samsung.
