I like this option. If you want to relay in a group. Create one.
Or they could scold people with the message they are sending to everyone before they can actually send it. I love my reply all. Educate people, they probably dont even understand the difference.
I work at a company that employs several thousand people. We use a centralized data management system that everyone has access to, and its managers send regular maintenance emails about it to all employees. Every once in a while SOMEBODY hits reply all to his, and it starts of a cluster**** of reply alls. People will ask everybody to stop hitting reply all, but send that request to everyone, then people complain about that. My inbox usually receives about 200 emails every time it happens. I can see why some companies want to get rid of it.
