Is the Diamond Radeon HD 7850 a quality gpu that's worth price?

I recently was looking to buy one of these but was unsure if there was a better brand or model for the same price?

Well i don't know the price of the diamond gpu you are looking at, but newegg has some nice deals on the 1gb and 2gb 7850 models, like a xfx 1gb for 150$ after mail in rebate and a asus 2gb for 180. Personally i am a big fan of the brand sapphire, however, i haven't had any problems with products i have bought from asus, msi, xfx, gigabyte, or HIS.

Another option is for a little more you can buy a 660, which according to the benchmarks from a hothardware article provides a decent performance boost.

I have the Sapphire HD 7850 OC 2GB and it performs really good. Eventhough I had received the card from a contest win I would have to say that I also a fan of the Sapphire brand with their cards. But would have to agree that the 660 Nvidia GPU would be a better choice for a few more dollars. since the performance gain would be user noticeable as well as the easier config and setup for the Nvidia drivers.Less overall power draw too on the Nvidia 660 series which is pretty darn impressive for the performance.
