8000 series amd rig vs 700 series intel rig?

I originally was planning on building a intel/nvidia rig when their next cards come out but apparently the 8000 series 300$ model is is going to rival the 680? Should i wait for nvidia's new cards or go with a vishera 8350, 8000 series , 990fx rig?
