Digital Storm ODE Level 4 System Review

Wicked nice system. and an extra $400 ish dollars is well worth it for the labor of assembly and the fact that you get lifetime phone support for the system. Digital storm has some winners here. Now it would be nice to see how the "Good" system fares.

Agreed, omega, DS puts together nice systems for a reasonable price.

It nice but price performance ratio of build is slightly high. Just changing models aka their i7 to the ivy bridge, then a using 680gtx cards in crossfire. Getting a second 1terabyte harddrive and doing raid confiq along. With a couple other just brand selections. End result you save about 500 buck from their confiq 400 from them building and have about 20% faster overall system 50% in some areas. And you also save about 100watts on power consumption which adds up. I know every system I add into my home configuration does about $20-$30 a month increase on power bill.

too much money still,! im personally waiting for haswell to upgrade my extreme westmere cpu.

I specced out a much cheaper pc on ironsidecomputers.com . Digital storm has way too high prices although they have an awesome reputation. Ironside is a new company but I found only positive revews and my pc is exactly what I ordered.
