At a glance, it looks a little like the Droid Charge. But it's hardly that. Samsung's Transform Ultra isn't even set to launch on Verizon Wireless; instead, it'll be coming to Sprint. It's an Android 2.3-powered device with a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor, a 3MP rear-facing camera and VGA front-facing camera for video chat while on the go. Equipped with Sprint ID users can also completely customize their experience based on their needs and interests. Users can automatically get ringers, wallpapers, apps and widgets downloaded to your phone in one click.

Specs wise, it's equipped with a 3.5" HVGA touch panel, a 3G (EV-DO Rev. A) radio, Wi-Fi, GPS, MP3 player, microSD card slot and access to the Android Market. There's also 512MB of RAM, 2GB of ROM and a 1500 mAh Li-ION inner cell battery with up to 7 hours continuous talk time.

Sprint's not releasing a price nor a release date just yet, but with the holiday season just around the bend, we doubt they'll keep us waiting too much longer.
