Cel: Grats, I just won a RK-900 keyboard from Rosewill a few weeks ago.
Congrats Cel :)
have to let us know which switches you got on the Rosewill RK-900 keys and how you like it >>> have a CM Quick fire [cherry blacks that I like ] and like many have said "Once you go with the the mechanical keys.. a person is likely never to go back" ...somethin like that
Enjoy man !
"Don't Panic ! 'cause HH got's your back!"
.
Anyone seen this one yet? I thought it was neat, they decide what gear you get instead of just handing people items they can't use/don't need.
You are my hero FJ! Congrats bud on the phat loot.
FreeJet:How ridiculously cool is that?
Cool as can be,......
Congrats!!
Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live.

Damn man, that is an awesome deal. That's like winning... two and half times!
FreeJet that is pretty awesome of ASUS. Plus that is one hell of a card.
Congrats FreeJet that is a nice card and Asus sure delivered a nice surprise with the SSD. Enjoy ! ;)
This thread is awesome.Give's everyone a chance to get some awesome tech stuff outside of HH too, and maybe even get as lucky as FreeJet did! haha
Here's another nice one. I've been a huge fan of Fractal here lately, some companies put a lot into looks and functionality, these guys seem to put all their effort into building a solid case with solid air flow. While this is nothing compared to what HH is giving away, it's still nice :)
Impossible!! The lucky as Freejet statement. :)
Wohoo! Congrats again FJ. I shall live though your inspiration!!
While I'm happy for anyone winning, I'm often curious how much of it is actually going to someone who will use it. I've seen too many "sweepers" win to be happy.
I've been entering every contest, sweepstakes and giveaway I come across. Why not? The prizes are worth it and you can learn some new things through a lot of the sites and companies that host them. And it's just plain fun.
I'm new here and I enter contests all the time too....only takes a few minutes and if I get lucky one day it will be worth it.

I completely agree. But, why did most of start entering sweepstakes/contest? Because we needed something we can't afford. I completely agree with entering 100000 if you need it, or want it for your own use. For instance I only enter contest for computer/gaming related items, and guns (yes you can win guns), because those are my two main interest. But you have people who sit at home all day and enter every contest they see, and what sucks is a lot of them win the contest that us true fans actually want to win. About 2 years ago (when 2600k's were the CPU to have), I saw a lady selling an entire DIY kit, some fancy case, i7-2600k, some fancy intel mobo, ram, ssd's, the whole package. Why was she selling it? She won it in a sweepstakes and didn't know what to do with it.
So I ask,"where do we draw the ethics line?" If you win something and turn around and sell it, are you the bad guy? If you win something, sell it, then buy what you wanted with the money is that wrong? Of course this is all theoretical, and probably sits differently with each person.
This is how I see it: If the company makes the sweepstakes/giveaway really easy, such as just entering your e-mail address, then I'd enter no matter what. If I win, great. Who cares what I do with it, the company already made it easy enough for Honey Boo Boo's momma to enter. In my opinion, you're inviting "sweepers" to come take the sweet loot away from your loyal fanbase.
However, if the company requires participation on some level, then I not only evaluate if I need it, I try my best to win it if I do need/want it. If I don't win, well someone obviously wanted/needed it more than I did, and I'll keep trying until I can afford it, or win it.
Alright, end rant.
LOL!
lol, she is a good woman, except for toxic waste hidden away in her neck folds.
had a bit of extreme luck a while back and would also like to say thanks again to James who gave a very timely heads-up with this win.Way To Go James ! :)
